Refund Policy for Conspiracy Guru Cards (CGC)

Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your gear, but due to the collectible nature of our products and custom print-on-demand/apparel items, please review our policy guidelines below before placing your order.

  • Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

  • Apparel (T-Shirts & Hoodies): Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Items with signs of wear, washing, or odors will not be accepted.

  • Coffee Mugs & Accessories: Mugs must be unused and in their original packaging. Because glassware and ceramics are fragile, please inspect your mug immediately upon arrival.

  • Trading Cards & Packs: To protect the integrity of our collectible sets and mystery pulls, all sales are final on opened booster packs, boxes, or unsealed card sets. Unopened, factory-sealed boxes or packs may be returned within 30 days.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items If you received a damaged mug, a misprinted hoodie, or a transit-damaged trading card shipment, we’ve got your back. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@conspiracygurucards.com with clear photos of the defect or shipping damage. We will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed trading card packs and boxes.

  • Used, washed, or worn apparel.

  • Used drinkware or mugs.

  • Digital products or virtual assets.

Refunds (If Applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
